Order Questions

The majority of our products ship by USPS, while hats are often shipped by UPS.

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping, but reach out to our team at howdy@zilkerbelts.com and we’ll confirm what options are available.

We do our best to get all packages out within 1-5 business days. There are rare exceptions when the team is traveling, but have no fear, we'll get it sent out ASAP.

Once your Zilker goods are shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text. If you haven’t seen anything from us within a few days of your order, please reach out to us at howdy@zilkerbelts.com
