We ship the majority of our products by USPS, but hats are often shipped by UPS.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. However, reach out to our team at email@example.com and we can check on additional available shipping options.
We do our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days.
Once your Zilker goods are shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text. If you haven’t received anything from us within a few days of your order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our products are handcrafted by Argentian artisans within generations of practice perfecting their craft. Watch our short video here for a glimpse into the process.
When choosing a product that is currently sold out, you’ll notice an Email Me When Available bar pop up on the site. Click that bar to join our waitlist and you’ll be notified as soon as we’re restocked.
Returns & Exchanges
Your happiness with our product is our priority. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, you can start a return here.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date and be in new, unworn condition.
Visit our returns center to start your refund or exchange. Be sure to have your order number and original shipping zip code handy.
